"RockmanCop" storms into UPC Headquarters to eliminate corrupt UPC executive officer Rick Bones. Unfortunately, for Rick, there is no Directive 4 to save him... he does have a pair of scissors... and it is rainy outside.
Loosely based on the final level of Robocop for NES, in case the change in music and the poorly conceived summary doesn't tip you off... and yes, the front gate is defended to the core, but once you get past that, it's smooth sailing.
