This was done very quickly and very crudely... but for those wanting to believe that one kiss in the movie trailer meant the same for the "prime" universe versions of that particular pairing, you'd have to also believe that soft-spoken Trini had to... well, you know.
You could probably paint a better mental image in your brain.
